Pak Bara is a coastal town in La-ngu District, Satun Province, southern Thailand. It is best known as the main mainland departure point for boats to Koh Lipe and nearby islands in Tarutao National Marine Park. Pak Bara Pier is especially busy during the November–April island travel season.
For travelers, Pak Bara is a convenient stop before taking a speedboat to Koh Lipe, Koh Bulon, Koh Mook and other Andaman islands.
