Vehicle Type

Please note that the vehicle type is subject to change based on the number of passengers without prior notice.

Infants

• Infants aged 0-1.99 years old may travel free of charge, provided they sit on the laps of their accompanying adults.
• Strollers may be brought on board, but they must be folded and stored in the designated luggage area.

Children

Children aged 2 to 11 years old will be charged half the regular fare for both boat and bus

Children aged 11 years and older will be charged the regular adult fare

Animals

• Animals of any kind are not allowed on board our vehicles. This includes service animals.

Arrival Times

• Arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic and weather conditions.
• Please allow ample time for your journey to account for potential delays.

Amendment of Bookings

• Amendments to bookings must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Amendment fees may apply.

Additional Information

• All passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on board all our vehicles.
• Please be courteous and respectful to other passengers and our staff.

• The passenger insurance for tour activities covers individuals aged between 1 and 80 years old.

• In the event of an accident-causing damage to passenger property, "Lomprayah" limits liability for property damage to a maximum of 3,000 THB (three thousand baht) per person (and must be proven to have resulted from the actions of "Lomprayah").

• Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage onto the vehicle and/or boat, with a maximum of 1 piece per person. The weight limit for large luggage is 20 kilograms (any excess weight over 20 kilograms will incur an additional charge of 200 THB). ** Small luggage, handbags, shoulder bags, or small wheeled bags do not incur any additional

• Water sports equipment (e.g., short/long surfboards, windsurfing boards, etc.) will incuran additional charge of 400 THB for the combined vehicle + boat route, or 300 THB for the boat-only route.

• Bicycles will incur an additional charge of 700 THB (seven hundred baht) for the combined vehicle + boat route, or 500 THB (five hundred baht) for the boat-only route. (Only foldable bicycles are accepted).

• For the snorkeling activity at Koh Nang Yuan, the entrance fee is not included in the ticket
