## Baggage Policy 1. **Standard Allowance** Each passenger is permitted to bring the following **free of charge**: * 1 standard-sized suitcase weighing no more than **20 kg**. * 1 personal carry-on bag **without wheels**, which must be small enough to fit on the passenger's lap. The system will calculate the applicable charge based on the selected quantity. If a customer carries more baggage than was pre-booked, the Company will collect the applicable additional excess baggage fee **directly from the customer at the departure station on the travel date**. 3. **Labeling Requirement** All bags must be clearly labeled with the **passenger's name and address**. 4. **Valuables and Fragile Items** The Company strongly advises all passengers to keep the following items with them at all times. The Company will **not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of these items under any circumstances**: * Cash * Jewelry and antiques * Glassware or other fragile items * Electrical appliances/devices, including cameras, mobile phones, computers, gaming consoles, and similar items 5. **Staff Assistance & Liability Disclaimer** Although the Company requires all staff to assist passengers in handling their belongings, including lifting and moving luggage with care, the Company **cannot provide insurance or guarantee against damage**. Luggage may be damaged due to circumstances such as stacking or road vibrations, including vibrations caused by driving over potholes. Therefore, the Company **strongly recommends that passengers purchase separate travel insurance** to protect their luggage against damage, loss, or destruction.

1. Special Items:

• Passengers can transport special items (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments) as checked baggage, subject to specific rules and fees.

2. Lost or Damaged Baggage:

• The transportation company is not responsible for damage to items packed within checked baggage. In the event of lost or damaged baggage, passengers should report the issue to the transportation company's customer service or staff immediately.
• Please be aware that the maximum claim for lost or damaged baggage is THB  500.00. The final compensation amount will be determined by our staff based on their assessment of the value of the lost or damaged item.
