Koh Lipe→Railay

Two speedboat operators run this crossing, each with its own departure time and its own season. Both leave from Koh Lipe Pattaya Beach and arrive at Railay East Floating Pier.

• Bundhaya Company — departs 09:00, arrives 15:00. Operates 1 Nov 2026 to 20 May 2027.
• Satun pakbara Speed Boat Club — departs 10:30, arrives 15:50. Operates 1 Dec 2026 to 30 Apr 2027.

Both are bookable on SmartEnPlus, and the crossing takes 5h 20m to 6h. Koh Lipe has no deep-water pier, so speedboats anchor offshore and you transfer to the beach by longtail boat. Check in 30 to 45 minutes before departure at the operator's own desk on the beach; check-in closes 15 minutes before the sailing and late tickets are non-refundable. The peninsula has no road access, so the pier is your arrival point and the west beach and Phra Nang Beach are on foot from there.

Children aged 2 to 9 travel at ฿2,000 on both operators. Infants are listed at ฿0 on both, but Bundhaya and Satun pakbara both publish that infants are not permitted to travel on the speedboat, and that it is unsuitable for pregnant women and for people with heart or back problems. Booking the same two crossings through an aggregator starts from around ฿2,400, so SmartEnPlus carries the lower fare.

Cancellation on the Koh Lipe to Railay speedboat is tiered by how long before departure you cancel:

• 72 hours or more — 100% refund
• 48 hours — 50% refund
• Under 48 hours — no refund

These are the tiers shown at SmartEnPlus checkout for the cheapest operator on the route, and a missed departure is charged in full. Bundhaya's own published terms also allow a free change or cancellation with written notice more than 24 hours before departure and charge ฿200 per amendment, but the 72, 48 and 48-hour tiers above are the ones the SmartEnPlus booking form applies.
