Railay→Koh Lipe

The only direct SmartEnPlus service from Railay to Koh Lipe is run by Satun Pakbara Speed Boat Club, departing from Railay East Floating Pier on the east side of the Railay peninsula. Boats arrive at Koh Lipe Pattaya Beach on the island's north end.

Railay has no road access — travelers reach Railay East Pier by walking from Railay West or Phra Nang Beach via the cliff path (15–20 minutes), or by longtail boat from Ao Nang / Nopparat Thara Pier. The crossing is one leg only, ~5 hours, no transfers.

Booking is available year-round during high season (October to April) on SmartEnPlus. Service is suspended May to mid-October — check the live schedule before booking low-season travel.

On SmartEnPlus, the direct Satun Pakbara Speed Boat Club speedboat from Railay to Koh Lipe starts at ฿2,150 per adult, ฿1,300 per child (2–9 years), with infants free. This is the only operator currently offering this route on SmartEnPlus.

For comparison, aggregator prices on the same direct pair (Bundhaya Speed Boat via 12Go and Direct Ferries) range from ฿1,950 to ฿2,640 — pricing varies by operator, season, and how far in advance you book. A multi-leg option via Koh Lanta Saladan Pier is also available but adds a transfer and typically costs more in total.

The Satun Pakbara speedboat from Railay arrives at Koh Lipe Pattaya Beach on the island's north end — a beach landing, not a formal pier. Anchoring is offshore, and passengers transfer to a smaller longtail boat that carries them through shallow water to the beach.

Pack a dry bag for valuables and electronics — your feet will get wet during the transfer. Soft luggage is much easier to handle than hard suitcases on the longtail shuttle.

Walking Street, Koh Lipe's main pedestrian strip of restaurants and shops, is a 5-minute walk south along Pattaya Beach. Most Koh Lipe resorts are within 5–10 minutes walking distance from the landing point — no hotel drop-off service is included.
